APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL FOR THE PRESENTATION OF GUDA ALIA SONG TO HIS EXCELLENCY REV. FR. DR. HYACINTH IORMEM ALIA
I, Nomusle Deborah Doowuese with State Code BN/24A/1572 officially serving at the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism Makurdi Benue State, would want to apply for approval for the presentation of GUDA ALIA to the Executive Governor of Benue State.
The name of this project is GUDA ALIA, which simply means BETTER ALIA. The concept is drawn from the name of the caretaker chairman Vandeikya Local Government Hon, Terkura Guda who happens to be the chairman of the Governor, His Excellency Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia and I believe every sincere person can attest to this project name GUDA ALIA (Better Alia).
Guda Alia is a song composed to appreciate His Excellency for his giant strides in the governance of Benue State. I was inspired to compose this song based on the numerous project executions by the Governor, because I have not seen any of such before and that is why I call him the “Talk and Do Governor of our time”.

All informations given are based on the research and facts gotten from the visible developments of the “Talk and Do Governor of Our Time” that is why I say Guda Alia. And my desire is to complete this project on the 12th of August, 2024.
PROPOSED DATE OF COMMISSIONING
Guda Alia is a song that has carefully noted key points and almost all the activities and initiated crucial project executions of the good Governance of His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia in Benue State, and such excellent performance needs to be known to the people, and the message is passed through a song. Which is another means of sending information to the general public.
So that those who do not have access to radio and television can access this undiluted information through phones, Whatsapp, links and all digital platforms.
This project is important and needs urgent recognition for the benefit of the masses in order not for any opposition to manipulate the people against a working and transparent Governor, whose visible achievements are highly appreciated by many.
And my intention is to commission this project on the 30th of August, 2024.
BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROJECT.
When you source for informations that has visible facts, and such information is released to the general public, it brings joy to the listeners which are the benefactors of the practical information, my desire is for this song to be shared down to the local Governments, the Federal Government and Benue people in Diaspora for them to know the visible achievements and developments of Governor ALIA in Benue state.
And I am convinced that the people will love to hear what they are seeing with their eyes.
